Application for New Namibian Passport & Renewal
Requirements for new Namibian passport:
1. Application form (to be given at the Embassy)
2. Namibian Birth Certificate or Citizenship Certificate (persons born outside Namibia)
3. Namibian ID card
4. Marriage Certificate (married women only)
5. 3 passport photos
6. Fee: 1600 RUB
NB: ALL COPIES MUST BE CERTIFIED
(Bring original documents along to be verified by officials)
CHILDREN UNDER AGE 0-15
1. Application form (to be given at the Embassy)
2. Birth Certificate or Citizenship Certificate (persons born outside Namibia)
3. 3 passport photos
4. Parents’ documents e.g. birth or citizenship certificate or ID
5. Applicant’s signature (14 years and above)
6. Fee: 1600 RUB
Processing time is 4-8 weeks.
*For applicants living outside Moscow in other cities of the Russian Federation or former USSR States, all required documents can be sent by post or any other postal company or submitted by the local student leader. Please note that the Embassy does not take the expenses and responsibility of sending the documents.
